Product availability is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.

Build Depot is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Shipping carriers
Customs or government inspections
Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered or picked up.

Key points:

Returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened and unused products.
Approved returns are issued as Store Credit only.
Electrical products, toilets, custom orders, clearance items, and installed or used products are final sale.

7. Product Installation

Many of our products require professional installation.

Build Depot is not responsible for:

Improper installation
Installation costs
Damage resulting from incorrect installation
Failure to follow manufacturer recommendations

Customers are responsible for verifying measurements, compatibility, and local building code requirements before purchasing.

8. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided by the respective manufacturer.

Except as required by law, Build Depot makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Depot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Use of our products
Delayed deliveries
Product defects covered by manufacturer warranty
Website interruptions
Loss of profits or business opportunities

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
