At Build Depot, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Products that have been opened, installed, used, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds.
Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit, which can be used toward any future purchase at Build Depot. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Electrical products and electrical fixtures

Toilets

Installed or used products

Special order or custom-made items

Clearance, final sale, or discontinued products

Products with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of use
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution.
Return Process
To request a return:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, return the item in its original, unopened condition.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product).

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
